To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Email Address Used for the Purchase
4. Reason for Return (and attach clear pictures of the item if it is defective or damaged).
- Our customer support team will review your request within 24–48 hours. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and mail it back to us using a trackable shipping service.
4. Return Shipping Fees
- For Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: If the return is due to our error (you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), Karmamindset will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
- For Customer Remorse (e.g., changed mind, wrong size ordered, didn't like it): The customer is responsible for covering the actual cost of return shipping.
5. Restocking Fee
We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for any returns.
6. Refund Process
Once your returned package is received and physically inspected by our warehouse team:
- Inspection & Notification: We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
